1.
Immersion Baptistry Heaters #10 -

Non-Adjustable Immersion Heaters are well suited
for installations where it is difficult to provide plumbing to
and from the baptistry. We offer two styles of immersion
heaters. At the right is the #10 immersion water heater,
suitable for heating portable pools up to 150 gallons only.
Operating on 115v (standard household current), the heater has a
15' power cord with a built in GFCI plug.. Designed for safe, easy use, the #10 baptistry
heater features a ceramic heating element, preset thermostat at
90 F, and silicone bumpers so you can lay it down in the
portable baptistry. This is an Energy Efficient model, using 1/3
the power of other models. It will take 12-24 hours* to heat a
portable baptistry.

Immersion Heaters with Adjustable Thermostatic Control 240V or
120V

The IMER
120V or 240V heaters are the other choice in immersion style
baptistry heater technology. Designed to heat either a
portable baptistry (120V) or full size baptistry (240V) these
units have been used by churches for over 30 years! This
design is very simple to use, just plug the heater into a GFI
protected outlet, put into the water, and turn the thermostat
knob until the light comes on. (Be sure heater is in the water
before turning on!) The 120V heater will raise the water
temperature to a suitable range in 12-24 hours*, and the 240V
unit will raise an average baptistry (500 gallons) in 6-8
hours*.

GFCI Recommended
CAUTION!
All Heater
Products must be protected by a GFCI Breaker before you use
them! This simple procedure will protect your Pastor and
Candidates during the Service! Make
sure your electrician installs a GFCI breaker. Some of
our heaters have one already installed. Check with
your ChurchRite dealer for details or visit our
Technical Page.
*Exact temperature increase times
cannot be given because there are other factors that affect
this, such as the initial water temperature, room ambient
temperature, and whether you have a
baptistry cover
on or not.
